He was predeceased by: his parents, George William and Frances Armstrong Sr. (Nee Barnard). He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Armstrong; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Jacobus, John and Cynthia Mulhall; his sibling's children, Paul Jacobus, Coleen Borselino and Laura Mulhall; and his pet Reilly.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Pettit-Davis Funeral Home (371 W Milton Ave, Rahway, NJ 07065). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gertrude Cemetery.
