He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sr. McNicholas and Gladys Pierson McNicholas (Pierson); his wife Jeanette Pingor (Pingor); his in-laws, John and Anne Pingor; his siblings, John McNicholas and Carole McNicholas; and his grandson Joseph H. Goldstein.
He is survived by: his children, Christine (Kenneth Snyder), Edward (Colleen McNicholas) and Susan (Gary HIggins); his grandchildren, Richard Goldstein, Annie, Douglas Peters, Amy Goldstein, Jennifer James, Blaise McNicholas Quinn, Connor Willem, Lacey McNicholas, Max Higgins, Marlaina, Thomas Pfister and Erin Snyder; and his great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Elizabeth, Matthew, AnnaLynne, Penelope, Veronica, Austin, Gunnar and Emerald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
