He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Susan; the mother of his children Evelyn Blajsa; and his sisters, Wilma Mikolay and Helen Goitiandia.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Andrew (Diane) and Mark John (Alexandra); his grandchildren, Timothy Ernest, Mark Edward (Jennifer), Marlene Evelyn and Joseph Andrew Blajsa; and his sister Margaret DeLeo of Arizona.
