He was predeceased by: his parents, Joao Avila and Emilia Avila. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Ann Avila Lauria (Michael Lauria); his granddaughter Emilia Capri Lauria; his siblings, MJ Avila, Carlos Avila (Luisa), Luis Avila (Dolores) and Mita LeMoine (Stephan); and his nephews, Michael, Justin and Steven (Gina). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
