He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolph Marsh and Verna Marsh; his sisters, Abbie and Verna; and his former wife Marie Louise.
He is survived by: his wife Teri Malone; his children, John, Jr. (Anne), Joanna Vilim (Robert), Jim (Andrea), Bill (Dana) and Jonathan (Danielle); and his grandchildren, Jesse, Lindsay, Sarah, Becky, Kelsey, Jamie, Collin, Emily, Will, Eliza and Alex. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
