We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2022, at the age of 86, Joseph Peter of Rahway, New Jersey, born in South Orange, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Anna Peter; and his brothers, Richard and William. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Fehrenbach); his sister Jane Campbell; his children, Cathy Vasfailo (Rudy), Terry Fernandes (John), Linda Brenner, Steve Peter and Erich Peter (Andrea); his grandchildren, Lisa Vasfailo, Jeffrey Vasfailo (Danielle), Christina Fernandes, Andréa Fernandes (William Saunders), Juliana Haughton (Chris), John Fernandes, Jr. (Brittany), Victor Fernandes (Ashley), Vicki Racelis (Justin), Cindy Brenner, Samantha Brenner, Nicholas Peter and Christopher Peter; and his great grandchildren, Vincenzo Vasfailo, Ava, Preston, Nathan Racelis, Alexander, Anna Haughton, Hazel, Eleanor and Wesley Fernandes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
