She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Francis Devitt; her parents, Mary Alice and Charles Treanor; and her siblings, Catherine Ryan, Charles Treanor, Anne Plunkett and Frances Treanor.
She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Devitt (Cheryl) of Treasure Lake, Charles Devitt of Kenosha, Wis, Carol Crump (Gregory) of West Caldwell, Robert Devitt (Debbie) of Rahway, Kenneth Devitt (Corinne) of Montville and Alan Devitt (Peggy) of Westfield; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Laura, Jason, Dennis, Patrick, Philip, Ethan, Shaun, Kyle, Megan, Jillian, Brianna, Randall, Nicole, Shannon and Tyler. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pettit-Davis Funeral Home (371 W Milton Ave, Rahway, NJ 07065). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish (St. Mary's Church) (232 Central Ave, Rahway, NJ 07065).
