He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalie Salvo and Orazio Salvo; his siblings, Douglas Mello, Dennis Mello, Gary Mello and Diane Mello; and his nephews, Joseph Mello and Christopher Mello.
He is survived by: his wife Maribel Mendez; and his siblings, Trina Mello, Renee Paccione, Lena Ferone (Dominick), Denise Diana (Lou) and Ronald Mello. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lehrer-Gibilisco Funeral Home (275 W Milton Ave, Rahway, NJ 07065). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish Catholic Church (232 Central Ave, Rahway, NJ 07065).
