Raena Chalas Obituary

We bid farewell to Raena Chalas (Ramsey, New Jersey), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 25, 2026 at the age of 44. Raena touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Johnson Breitenbach and Craig Breitenbach; her grandparents, Frank, Millie Johnson, Jane and Harry Breitenbach; her father-in-law Savas Chalas; her uncle Franky Johnson; and her extended family, Mary Ellen Healy (Aunt Missy), Edie and Bob D'Andrea.

She is survived by: her husband Nickolas Chalas; her siblings, Alexandra Melso (Brian), Arthur Jay, Samantha Spero (Matthew) and Jacqueline Breitenbach (Nora); her stepchild Violetta Chalas; her parent-in-law Arletha Chalas; her stepparents, Michael Keller and Joyce Jaeger; and her nieces and nephews, Asher, Skyler Melso and Riley Spero.
