He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Sherri Gonzalez, John Phillip Coolack, Carrie Byrd, Jason Coolack and Timothy Coolack (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Wyatt Bird, Jacob Byrd, Maddox Brazas, Brack Coolack and Jianna Coolack; his brother Pasquale Catizone; and his cousins, Maria Scott and Carmine Cortese.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tuttle Funeral Home (272 NJ-10, Randolph, NJ 07869). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Notre Dame Church (75 Ridgedale Ave, Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927). An entombment was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Gate of Heaven Chapel (225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
