He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edith Usher and James H Bailey Sr.; his brother Russell Bailey; his wife Phyllis Hill; and his children, Douglas, Donald, Barbara and Marilyn. He was also cherished by four children and their spouses, Ten grandchildren and spouses and 9 Great grandchildren.
