He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Jennifer Eberstein), Mark (Heather Eberstein) and Kristin (Richard Shafer); his wife Carolyn Marie Eberstein; his grandchildren, Caroline, Alexander, Caleb, Richard, Annabelle, John, Christine and Brody; his siblings, Conrad, Jacqueline, Elizabeth, Will, Kim and Catherine; and his siblings-in-law, Albert, Kim, Cortland, Christopher and Isabelle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family; and many dear friends.
