He was predeceased by: his father Fred C. Bair, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Masterson; his brother Frederick C. Bair, III; and his nephews, Brandon and Freddie Bair. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
