He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Tillie (Colombo Pernini) and NJ; his wife Barbara; his sons, Brent Pernini (Polly) and Robert (Debbie Bylina); his grandchildren, Brandon Pernini (Rachel), Eric Pernini (Jaclyn Stagg), Ashley Lynn and Maggie Elizabeth Pernini; his great grandchildren, Alaina Kay and Eleanor Beth Pernini; and his brother Rudolph Pernini (Barbara).
