He was predeceased by: his parents, Kate (Walter Raleigh Boynton) and NJ; his spouse Ismay Elizabeth Smith of Bermuda; his daughter Angela Crute "Boynton"; and his siblings, Dorothy Purce and William Boynton.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Boynton (Cook), Wanda Boynton, Brenda Boynton, George Boynton, Jr. (Eleanor Boynton) and Sandra Boynton; and his grandchildren, Adrienne, Jonathan, Tanyka, Brandon, Ronnie, Ismay, Qiana, Qisha, Schauna and Simone. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
