She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kocsik and Katherine Kocsik (Csamer); her husband Henry J. Sporysz; and her brother William Kocsik. She is survived by: her daughters, Michele DeGhetto of Raritan Township and Cheryl Shepard (Kenneth Shepard) of Port St; and her caregivers, Emily Cuevo, Maria Justiniani and Ramona Jara.
