He was predeceased by: his father James F. Dwyer. He is survived by: his son Lucas Johnson of Pascagoula, MI; his mother Jody Elizabeth Izzo; his girlfriend Tiffany Karcher of Raritan; his sister Ashley E. Caldas (Mark) of Brick; his stepsiblings, Brian Izzo of Colorado and Katie Sadler of North Carolina; and his nieces, Aubrey and Addison. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
