JoAnn touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Spinelli and Josephine Spinelli; her husband George Kelly; and her siblings, Dolores "Cookie" Spinelli, Patricia Spinelli, Rosemarie Spinelli and Joseph Spinelli.
She is survived by: her son Ryan Kelly of East Brunswick; her sister Barbara Spinelli (Greg Warner); and her siblings-in-law, Anthony Iati and Diane Spinelli. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brunswick Memorial (454 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08816). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Bartholomew R. C. Church (470 Ryders Ln, East Brunswick, NJ 08816).
