He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hynes (Jack) and Janet Martinsen Webster; his sister Carol Hynes; and his grandparents, Lechi and Lefty Hynes.

He is survived by: his wife Risa; his son Jarrett; his daughter-in-law Julie Hynes; his daughter Kristyn; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Jacob, Hailey, Audra and Evelyn Hynes; his sister Holly; his brother-in-law Tim; his niece Lyndsey; and his nephew Cameron.
