Powell; his sister Deborah Searles; his brothers-in-law, Raymond Blaetz and Edward Blaetz; his nieces and nephews, Robert, Charles, John, Jennifer, Christopher, James, Jared and Jillian; his great-niece Abigail; and his pets, Marty and Sugar. He is also survived by several extended family members; and many dear friends.
