He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Balak and Irene Balak (Medvec); and his son-in-law Franklin C. Trstensky. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Balak (Karaman) of Readington Township, NJ; his daughters, Cynthia Trstensky of Flemington, NJ and Elizabeth (Robert Brush); and his grandchildren, Franklin H. Trstensky, Ryan and Kaylie Brush. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
