She is survived by: her husband Greg; her siblings, Tom Kimmel and Margie Staples of Chicago; her children, Areta Masters, Matthew Held, Jennifer Held, Clay Held (Genia Wilson), Norah Castillo, Luke (Tisha Held) and Steven Held; her grandchildren, Gregory, Ericka, Timothy, Alexandra, David, Ian, Nathan, Naima and Langston; and her pets, Darvin, Maxx and Roo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
