She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Richard LaViola and Josephine LaViola; and her husband Philip. She is survived by: her children, Donna, Dawn, Felicia (Brian), Philip (Kate) and Nicole (Michael); and her siblings, Barbara, Michael and John. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
