He is survived by: his stepchildren, Anthony David and Molly Elizabeth; his wife Jill; his mother Mary Lou Burden; his close friends, Melissa (Houck) and Amanda (Weber); his siblings-in-law, Andrea Noyes, John (Weber), Stephen (Houck) and Kevin (Lenzo); and his nieces and nephews, Charlie, Sean, Owen, Ashley and Vitali. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
