She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Sorrentino and Barbara Sorrentino (Vigilante); her husband Jack; and her brothers, James and Joe.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack Smith (Beth) of Helmetta, NJ and Jim Smith (Martha) of Alpharetta, GA.; and her grandchildren, Henry (Kathryn), Matthew (Rachel) and Priscilla.
In lieu of flowers, Pauline asked for donations to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
