He is survived by : his wife Margaret McMillen; his children, Lori Avery Faust (David) and Jeffrey L. Johnson (Amanda); his grandchildren, Avery, Drew, Scott Faust and Jack Johnson; and his sister Carolyn Johnson Bethea (Philip).
