He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hoey and Jane Hoey; and his siblings, Michael Hoey and Jackie Hoey. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Hoey Kelty of South Carolina and Jennifer Hoey of South Carolina; his sister-in-law Gigi Hoey; his nieces and nephews, Michael Hoey, Robert Sanborn, Chris Sanborn, Alex Fiore, Ashley Kelty and Timmy Kelty; and also, Tols, Annie, Campbell and Bert.
