He was predeceased by : his parents, Bert Bowen and Marie Bowen; and his nephew Michael Bowen. He is survived by : his siblings, Frank, Michael Bowen and Valerie Bowen Voelpel; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Bowen, Denise Bowen and Doug Voelpel; and his nieces and nephews, Brittany Bowen Erni, Lauren Bowen, Christopher Voelpel, Nicholas Voelpel and Jacqueline Bowen. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and countless friends.
