She was predeceased by : her husband John Paul Burek; her parents, Joseph and Elizabeth; and her siblings, John Ventura, James Ventura, Frances Mancino, Lucy Gerlach, Nancy Foxx, Stella Santangelo and Sara Ventura.

She is survived by : her sons, Doug (Didi) of Ringwood, NJ and Jeff (Sue) of Fair Lawn, NJ.; her grandchildren, Jamie (Michael Conklin), Douglas (Katelyn), Adam and John; her great grandchildren, Stephen, Hailey, Mia, Lily, Corinne and Anderson; her friend Mary Dabal; and also Jan Foxx. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Celeste was an extraordinary woman who survived the COVID-19 virus at the age of 95.
