He is survived by: his wife Debra Chatman-Finley; his children, Heather Chatman Finley, Kelly Finley and Cristian Finley (Cassie); his grandchildren, Makenna Lyle and Marq Lyle; and his brother William "Bill" Finley Jr. (Julie).
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the C. C. Van Emburgh Funeral Home (306 E Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ 07450). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
