He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Sr. Kelly and Dorothy Kelly (Born); his sisters, Ellen Kelly and Maureen Mepham; his wife Suzanne; and his children, Morgan and JP Kelly. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
