She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosetta McNicholas (Retty) and Joseph McNicholas; and her brother-in-law Frank Sneyer. She is survived by: her significant other David A. Richards; her sisters, Kathleen Entwistle and Christine Sneyer; her brother-in-law Tim Entwistle; her nieces, Sarah and Emily Entwistle; her nephew Kevin; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah, Alyanna, Brooks and Beckham.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Roe's memory to the Sierra Club, honoring her lifelong love of nature.
