He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Zachariah Duyckinck and Mary Elizabeth Duyckinck Voorhees (Wyckoff); his brother-in-law James W. Hixson; and his nephew James L. Hixson. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor P. Duyckinck (Dye); his children, Lewis, Richard L., Christine Duyckinck (Jagerburger), Deborah M. Bagnuolo (Duyckinck) and Carmine Bagnuolo Jr.; his grandchildren, Eric, Amelia Duyckinck, Emily and Brielle Bagnuolo; his sister Betty Hixson; his siblings-in-law, Gregg and Eveyln Dye; and his sibling's children, Jeffrey Hixson (Christine), Karen Hixson and Jennifer Dye. He is also survived by several cousins, extended family, and many dear friends.
