He was predeceased by : his parents, Waclaw Kozuch and Czeslawa Kozuch. He is survived by : his son Matthew Kozuch; his stepdaughter Margaret Cortese (John); and his stepgrandsons, Harrison, Colin and Reid. He is also survived by his friends and family.
