He was predeceased by: his parents, Adele Niederauer of River Edge, NJ. and William Niederauer. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Niederauer; his sons, Michael Niederauer of Mendham, NJ and Kevin Niederauer (Miranda); his grandchildren, Grayson and Lyla of Bridgewater, NJ.; his brother William Niederauer (Joan) of Montvale, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Egan of Beach Haven, NJ, Pamela Gould of River Edge, NJ and Richard Skalski (Kathleen) of Cincinnati. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
