Outwater, III of Hardyston Twp and Lynn Vanadio (Bryan) of Warwick, NY.; his grandsons, Nathan and Myles; and his siblings, Jeffrey Outwater (Susan) of Oak Park, CA, Michael Outwater of Lakewood, NJ, Elizabeth Beaugard of Phillipsburg, NJ and John Outwater of Bayonne, NJ.. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
