He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred and Theodore; and his brother Ted. He is survived by: his wife Beatriz Valera-Schutz; his children, Delfino (Del) of Morrison, Colorado and Celita of Fair Lawn; and his sister Ann of North Carolina.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Becker Funeral Home (219 Kinderkamack Rd, Westwood, NJ 07675).
