Toby leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Toby’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She is survived by: her husband Sidney; her children, Steven (Lynn) and Gail (Michael); her grandchildren, Rachel (Ben), Joshua (Marina) and Zachery (Juliana); and her great grandchild Sadie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM and at 11:30 AM. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Cedar Park Cemetery (735 Forest Ave, Paramus, NJ 07652).
