He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Blair and Helen Blair (Taylor); and his siblings, Donald Blair and Judith Blair. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Blair; his children, Stacie Rego (Jose), Kenneth A Blair Jr. (Michele), Eric Blair, Robert Jacoby Jr. and Daniel Jacoby (Elis); his niece Mary Brady; and his nephew Doug Blair. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
