He was predeceased by: his father Craig Allen Blank Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Freund; his wife Valerie Blank; his children, Leah, Ella and Ian; his sibling Alyson Gould (Scott); his sibling's children, Aiden, Abigael, Kaitlyn, Ethan and Xander; and his aunts, Megan (Brady Watson) and Carol (Kevin McDevitt).
