She was predeceased by: her husband Jack. She is survived by: her children, Donna, Jack Jr. (Dora), Tracy (Jerry) and Jamie (Scott); her grandchildren, David, Jason, Jennie, Tyler, Cara, Devin, Ryan, Alex, Carley, Amber and Bowen; and her great grandchildren, Lily, William, Christian, River, Elijah, Charlie, Oliver and Isla.
