She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Worthington, and Alvin Worthington, Sr.; her son David Martin; and her brother Alvin Worthington, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband William R. Evaul; her son Robert J. Martin, Jr. (Denise); her grandchildren, Nicole Conrad (John), Ashely McMonagle (Frank) and Kyle Martin; her niece Brenda W. Laws (Rey); and her nephews, Alvin Worthington, Brian Worthington and Daniel Worthington. She is also survived by her five great-grandchildren.
