He is survived by: his children, Roberta "Bobbie" Smith (Robert Smith) of Ewing, Christine Kowalski (Brian Moench) of Hamilton Square and George Kowalski (Chris Busby) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.; his grandsons, Jason Moench of Fredericksburg and Kyle Moench of Hamilton Square; his siblings, Doris Soldati (Gianluigi) of Haddonfield and Jim Kowalski (Valerie) of Venice, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Ott (Ned) of Naples, Florida and Geoffrey Hobbs (Laurie) of Hilton Head. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
