He was predeceased by: his father Matthew A O'Rourke. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Brianna (Gilbert Jr.) and Tyler; his mother Doris I. Lambert-O'Rourke; his brother Darren (Gina); his grandchildren, Mia, Rowen David and Nash; his nieces, Chole Elizabeth and Baily Morgan O'Rourke; and his pet Maddie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Par-Troy Funeral Home (95 Parsippany Rd, Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ 07054). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Peter the Apostle R. C. Church (179 Baldwin Rd, Parsippany, NJ 07054).
