He is survived by: his wife Patricia Allen; his sons, James Allen Jr. and Chad Allen (Stephanie); his granddaughters, Sydney and Avery Allen; his niece Carolyn Riccio Saposnik (Steve); his great-nieces, Jaime Riccio Lundguist (Brian) and Candace Riccio Snipes (Chris); Lily Anne Snipes. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
