He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sgroi and Mary Sgroi (Desimone); his daughter Marilyn Reese; and his siblings, Mary Anne Pugliese and Philly Sgroi (Babe).
He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Karen Sgroi, Danielle Migliara (Paul) and Nicholas Simuta (Danielle); his granddaughters, Nicole and Angelica; his brother Dr. Donald Sgroi (Phyllis); and his brother-in-law Tommy Pugliese. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
