Marilyn Bakos Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Bakos of Rockaway, New Jersey, who passed away on November 22, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Skutka and Agnes Skutka; her husband Joseph M. Bakos II; her son Joseph M. Bakos III; and her siblings, Joseph Skutka, George Skutka, Thomas Skutka, Robert Skutka, Peg Jankowski and Agnes Dunnder.

She is survived by: her children, Irene Gramp (Robert), Thomas Bakos (Christine), Edward Bakos (Patricia), Christopher Bakos, Steven Bakos (Christina), David Bakos (Patricia) and Carolyn Ugras (Steven); and her siblings, Edward Skutka, John Skutka, Kathleen Waddington, James Skutka, Frank Skutka, Richard Skutka and Barbara Skutka. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
