He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Matarazzo; and his brothers, John and George. He is survived by: his son John Matarazzo of Redondo Beach, CA; his nephews, Michael (Chatham) and Mark Matarazzo (Basking Ridge); his sisters-in-law, Debbie Cramer of Rockaway and Lynne Stagg of Rockaway; and his nephews, Gary Smolaga, Dave and Brian Stagg.
