He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Rueter and Robert E. Rueter; and his brother John Rueter. He is survived by: his girlfriend Maria Valdivia; his girlfriend's daughters, Angelica Acevedo and Veronica Acevedo; his siblings, Timothy Rueter and Cynthia Rueter; his nephews, Robert T. Rueter (Melanie), James A. Rueter (Samantha), Timothy J. Rueter and Dr. Brian Rueter; his great-nephews, Bennett Rueter, Nathan Rueter and Mason Rueter; Alissandra, Annalisia, Anthony and Gianna.
