He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bell and Florence Davis Bell; his wife Margaret "Peggy" Lischer Bell; his daughters, Mary Ann and Louise; his siblings, Dorothy Butzke, Eugene and James Bell; and his grandsons, Isaac Bell and Timothy Ashley.
He is survived by: his children, Fran Bell (Susan) of Columbus, NJ, Patricia Brodian (Craig) of Ellicott City, MD, Eileen Fusco (Donald) of Lanoka Harbor, NJ, Mary Ellen Bell of Roebling, NJ, Joann Ashley of Hamilton, NJ, Jeffrey Bell (Crystal) of Delran, NJ and Michael Bell (Kelley) of Annville, PA. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu flowers memorial contributions can be made in Harold's name to Spring point Foundation.
